Penetration Testing & Assessments

Simulate. Test. Adapt. — Human testers, not automated scans.

NaviSec Delta is central to our mission and the first step of onboarding new clients. We simulate real-world attacks through black box and white box penetration testing, red team and purple team engagements, evaluate your infrastructure for secure design, and build a customized, flexible plan to address your organization's technology risk.

What's included
🎯

Penetration Testing

Infrastructure (internal/external), web & mobile application, wireless, physical, IoT / small board, and PCI DSS testing — performed by certified practitioners (OSCP, CREST CRT, GSEC and more).

🔍

Vulnerability Assessments

Internal/external assessments, IoT/SCADA, agent-based scanning, and Microsoft 365 reviews — with regularly scheduled follow-ups that mitigate risk in a constantly changing landscape.

⚔️

Red, Purple & Insider

Red team and purple team engagements plus insider threat analysis and assumed-breach scenarios that test how your defenses hold up against a real adversary.

The report

Reports your whole leadership team can use.

A penetration test is only as valuable as the report it produces. Ours are written to be digestible for every role in your organization — one client CISO told us their executive report was so clear they sent it directly to their legal and financial teams as-is.

Testing follows recognized methodology (PTES — the Penetration Testing Execution Standard), and every engagement ends with clear, prioritized remediation guidance. Retesting of remediated findings is free within 90 days of report delivery.

Straight answers

Common questions.

How much does a penetration test cost?
Cost depends on scope: number of external and internal IPs, applications and their complexity, and whether social engineering or physical testing is included. If a quote seems too good to be true — say, $1,000 for a "pen test" — chances are you're buying an automated scan or an AI bot with a report template, not a penetration test performed by experienced human testers. A short scoping conversation gets you a clear, fixed quote.
How often should we have a penetration test?
At least annually, and after significant changes — new infrastructure, major application releases, mergers, or cloud migrations. Many compliance frameworks and insurers now mandate annual testing; higher-risk environments test quarterly.
What happens after the test?
You get a prioritized report with severity ratings and specific remediation steps — see our sample report. Retesting of remediated findings is free within 90 days of report delivery.
